bd7a03aec2 Use a redirect to launch instead of direct link (issue #6) 
I have no idea why OS X's WebView seems to care whether it gets
the launch URL via a link or redirect, but apparently it does.
Cleaner this way anyway.

a590efda41 Don't auto launch zwift by default (issue #2) 
Auto launching Zwift breaks install instructions and causes issues
if an update is available that zoffline supports and internet is
available.

7a9884a325 Fix bug missing MPM module (issue #3) 
httpd docker changed to shared mpm modules requiring explicit loading
in httdp.conf.
